Wine Club

Wine Club Program details

  • Our monthly tastings aim for the 3rd Thursday of every month with some exceptions, noted well ahead in our calendar below. We seek out excellent wines at reasonable prices.

    COST

  • $40 per seat - In order to plan accurately for food, WE RECOMMEND YOU plan to buy ahead and RESERVE A SEAT so we can ensure that there will be food for you and you can pick your spot. Tickets will be available at the door, but we can’t guarantee pairing food for these seats. We cook for 10% over reserved seats. Participants in excess of our prepared food will receive a $10 discount towards food off our Pub Menu. See individual events below to buy single night tickets. Please include your name, email and phone # on your order. The order platform is our online order form for the pub. There is nothing for you to pick up - we’ll have your name on a list. Please call us at 406-952-0393 if you have special requests - seating arrangements etc.

    -OR-

  • Wine Club season pass cards (6 tastings) can be purchased for $200, which gives you one free tasting (or 6 for $33.33 each). The card is a Celtic Cowboy gift card with a wine club sticker on it. If you don’t make all the nights this year, relax, you can use it next year, or in the pub anytime if you like. Click HERE for season pass. If you buy the season pass, please call the pub to RESERVE SEATS for each tasting. We’ll charge your season pass card when you call.

    PROGRAM

  • Presentation format is family-style service of food pairings (a platter for each table of 6). In response to feedback we have received over the years, we offer a “loud” room (Darkhorse Hall - for those who might wish to party hard) and a “quiet” room (Wine Snug - for those with trouble hearing, being heard or just like a quieter vibe). No judgement either way folks - we’ll be equally happy in either room, but YOU have a choice! Our presenters will circulate and present the wines in both rooms.

  • The theme in 2025/26 is single winemakers/vineyards with food to match.

  • The schedule in 2025/26 is: 9/18, 10/16, 11/20, 1/15, 2/19, 4/16. (Note: these dates may be subject to change but notice will be given in ample time)

  • The theme in 2026/27 is popular food both historic and modern-day in the 7 Celtic nations (Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Cornwall, Brittany, Galicia) with wines to match. Schedule TBA

    WINE SALES

  • All wine is for sale the night of the event for 25% above wholesale price. We will have three cases of each in stock and on-hand. Once that’s sold, we’re happy to order more for you, but delivery of wine orders is subject to availability at our local distributor or their supplier. We/they will do our best to estimate delivery times. In addition to the tasting/pairing wines, our entire list of bottled wines is available for purchase on wine club night at the same discount.
