Wine Club Program details

Our monthly tastings aim for the 3rd Thursday of every month with some exceptions, noted well ahead in our calendar below. We seek out excellent wines at reasonable prices.

COST

• $40 per seat - Ticket purchase required, see individual events below to buy single night tickets. Tickets will not be available at the door. Please include your name, email and phone # on your order. The order platform is our online order form for the pub. There is nothing for you to pick up - we’ll have your name on a list. Please call us at 406-952-0393 if you have special requests - seating arrangements, allergies etc.

PROGRAM

• Presentation format is family-style service of food pairings (a platter for each table of 6). Our presenters will talk about the wine at the start of each course followed by Chef Gregory introducing the food pairing.

• The theme in 2025/26 is single winemakers/vineyards with food to match.

• The schedule in 2025/26 is: 9/18, 10/16, 11/20, 3/5, 4/2, 5/7. (Note: these dates may be subject to change but notice will be given in ample time)

• The theme in 2026/27 is popular food both historic and modern-day in the 7 Celtic nations (Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Cornwall, Brittany, Galicia) with wines to match. Schedule TBA

  WINE SALES

• All wine is for sale the night of the event for 25% above wholesale price. We have 4-6 of each wine for sale at the end of the event. Once that’s sold, we’re happy to order more for you. The wine is usually delivered to the pub the next day.

WIne Lockers

• We offer wine lockers to our participants who buy at least 6 bottles of wine (and wish to leave some on premise to enjoy in the future) or purchase a season pass. You can access your locker any time you wish during our open hours with assistance from our staff. Locker holders will be given a numbered Darkhorse token that corresponds to the locker. You must present the token to the staff member to access the locker.

CAncellation Policy

• If you need to cancel, please notify us using the contact form on our website.

  • More than 7 days before the event: You’ll receive a refund in the form of an e-gift card redeemable at The Celtic Cowboy.

  • Within 7 days of the event (including the event week):No refunds or credits are available.
